Welcome to the Expert Support Center. If you have an issue that doesn’t require a full hour to fix, our Expert Support Center offers a Quick Fix flat rate price for these types of issues.
How Does It Work?
- Call or text our support team by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right of this screen or call us at (609) 203-2552. We will ask you a few questions to determine if the issue falls under the category of “Quick Fix”.
- To begin the repair we will require you to make a payment via our online payment portal. (Make Payment).
- Once the payment has been received we will send you a remote control link that will allow us to take control of your device. This software automatically uninstalls after we have repaired your issue.
- Lastly will ask you to take a brief survey to rate your satisfaction with our service.
